My son was driving my 2011 Malibu on the highway and was hit by a board that flew off a pick-up truck in front of him. The wheel and tire were destroyed. We called and told the service manager we needed to have the care repaired that day and my son needed to drive it out of town. We were told to come in right away and it was fixed within an hour. The people you have working there are the best. I hate my 2011 Cruze. It is a 2011 and I have had the water pump go out. The converter went bad and I almost ran the car through my house because my brakes did not work. They have fixed all of the problems but I am so disappointed in this car. I have owned GM cars all my life and this one is junk. I want to trade it in but I am sure they will not give me much for this junk car. Came in with my 2009 Pontiac G8 which was bought from this dealer. Work performed was warenty work but also had non warenty parts replaced. On arrival was greated by service personal with no waiting. Jim Mills was excellent. I feel like he went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction. First of all, he beat "the other guys" trade in price. Then, the day I purchased my 2013 Avalanche I discovered one of the rear window latches was not functioning correctly. I called Jim and immediately brought the vehicle back for it to be repair. Knowing I lived 30 minutes from the dealership and it was an inconvienience, Jim filled my vehicles gas tank up, gave me a free oil change, and also offered me more money on my trade in.
