I didnt not have to wait very long for my oil change. When I went to get in my car after it was finished. I said now I just need to get a car wash. The gentleman that opened my door for me to get in said " I can wash it for you, if you have about 15 mins". I said sure. I truly appreciate that!!! That is wonderful customer service!!❤️

I’ve purchased over 100 new vehicles and have high expectations. I Had a serious issue with a truck with only 3k miles on it. Chevy corporate was absolutely no help. I decided to just trade it in. Joey was a huge help and even located a hard to find vehicle for me, had it transported from Michigan the next day and ready to purchase. Took my truck into Voss Chevrolet for a coolant leak that had no visible signs on the ground or on the engine block. Jon; technician, found a leak at the water pump weep hole and replaced the pump. Jon continued his diligent investigation to make sure the truck was ready to go as I will be traveling to Florida in the near future. Fortunately, he found a very slight leak at a heater hose connection by the firewall and replaced both hoses. And the truck is good to go.

There’s a lack of communication about when your vehicle will be done. I needed a shuttle ride and wanted to be there when my car was finished and tried to get a hold of people and could not then by the time my vehicle was done. It took an hour before I could get up there from the shuttle service. Also they did not fix my vehicle. I spent $1600 and my car was still the same as when I brought it in it’s very disheartening.
This Sale man by name Joey offer us a wonderful service, I think he has taken that job as part of him. He is so composed, speaks calm and ensure we're comfortable throughout the time of the purchase.

I want to start by saying Sandi is very kind and professional. However, I called the Friday before thanksgiving hoping to get an appointment for Wednesday. I did not talk to Sandi, but was informed there were no available appointments for Wednesday. I completely understood this since it was fairly short notice. I called on Saturday; was scheduled for service on Monday - 2 days later. Terrific surprise 8 am snowstorm #, Alice was kind and fit me in even as I was late due to traffic snarls. She explained the services to me, and my car was ready before my husband and I even finished our breakfast 1/2 mile up the street! Rarely leave reviews, but had to bring my Chevrolet to get fixed and have gone here for an oil change/maintenance and I think their service department is awesome.

I went in to the dealership on Saturday and was approached by Darrell and told him the stock number and he showed me the truck. Done deal! They were both great to deal with. Bridget, as always, provided excellent service, transparency, and understanding of my Chevy Volt. She helped me to get the OEM Michelin Energy Saver tires meant for the Volt (not the squealing $600 Corvette tires the previous owner put on in another state) with a price match. She also provided rebate documentation for the tires and the tire pressure monitoring sensors that needed replacement as well. She also reminded me to use my Chevy Rewards points to save an additional $140. As always, the work was completed ahead of schedule.
I only had an oil change but it was done quickly and efficiently. They also recommended a fuel line cleaning which they did quicker than expected. Thanks Bridget!
