The customer service was excellent. I am a first time car buyer and I was very nervous and did not know what to expect. Greg Moorman my sales consultant made me and my family feel comfortable and made the process easy to go through.

The greeter took me as soon as I pulled into the service area even though I did not have an appointment. It was understandable that it took 3 hours to address and find the screws that punctured my tire. Luckily I had the warranty to take care of the cost of a new tire. All of the employees that I talk with were friendly and helpful.

I made a 7am appointment for my Equinox service on My Chevy app, and checked I was going to wait for car. When I arrived they checked me in and said technician would not be in until 8am, app always does things like that they said. Overall I’m pleased with the repairs however, I do have 2 concerns: 1. The front desk personnel. There were a few times that they lied to me about the status of my vehicle. It would have been ok to say that I am not sure and to call back with the proper information but that did not happen. 2. I see light scratches and swirl marks in the newly painted front bumper cover. I believe that I will be able to get the scratches out but won’t know until at least 3 months from now because the paint has to cure. Again, ...

Could not ask for a better place! The people are professional and friendly and do what they say they are going to do! I get all my automotive repairs, mechanical and body work done at VOSS and have for years.

My salesman was very helpful. He found the car that I was happy with. He also showed me all the new gadgets I didn't know about & helped me with onstar.



Less satisfied with the service than normal for that fact that my car wasn’t done by the time I was told which caused some inconvenience for me. Also, plastic seat cover and paper floor cover was left in my car.

We dealt with Greg Moorman. He was informative and not pushy. We had been to Jeff Schmitt before coming to Voss and they were dishonest. Greg was fabulous with us and aiding in making a decision on a Blazer!

Went in for an oil change and had a pleasant experience. The service was quick and staff was friendly.

The buying process at Voss with the help of Aaron was so easy and smooth! I had been looking for over a month and even tried to order a blazer from another lot. Unfortunately i was given the run around every week and the vehicle was never ordered. I decided to look at Voss online and found one that i liked. Everything went perfectly fine

Everything was perfect. My sales guy Greg got everything done perfectly and gave me all the help I needed.

Fairly complete analysis but there are ways to check if a new battery is needed without installing a new battery, ie hook up a good battery charger and check if code comes back. I had scheduled a replacement by Fall of 2023 because the battery would be 5 years old and I don't want to go into winter with a 5 year old battery. That is the plan for my 2019 Cadillac as well.

Aaron Johnson was excellent, he was very helpful and patient the whole time and was able to answer all of my questions. He kept me updated the whole time we were waiting for my vehicle.

Just bought a 2022 Trailblazer from Voss and it's great! Dan Wilbur went above and beyond any salesperson I've ever had.


While on the highway, I started losing tire pressure on my Equinox pretty quickly. I was near an exit so I pulled off trying to make it to a safe location before the tire went flat. Best price I could find on my car and got a great trade in too - so good it was better than pay off on a lease! Got an excellent rate too (however I checked them before I went shopping). Finance man gave me a fair price on a warranty (not sure on cost of them but it didn't raise my payment much). Would be a repeat customer if needed another car!
