Great service department. Repairs and maintenance are done quickly and thoroughly. Their communications with the rental car place next door at the Collision Center needs improvement. 2/3 times the service department said the rental car place was alerted that I was coming to pick up a car but the rental place never got the message, causing me to cool my heels for an hour for a rental car to be prepared.

Voss was great but I was disappointed in the length of time it took. With the strike it was not their fault, so I gave them a 5 star. They did a nice job once they had the parts and time to fix it.

Went in for an oil change said it would take about 45 min only took about 30 min. Very efficient.

The members of my Voss service team were friendly and professional. Alice Siefker helped me determine what needed to be done to prepare my vehicle for winter. During my appointment all went well.

Everyone was nice, took great care of me etc. The only problem I have is that my service steering light was on, and they were supposed to fix it, and it went back on about 30 minutes into my drive home. I called John, who is very nice, and he said they flushed the system, and to bring it back in. I am bringing it back in to have some collision work done, and John is going to look at it. I paid to have the steering fixed, and I would like it fixed.
